I had a great time at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the cleanliness. Also, the location was convenient and easy to access. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great time exploring the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. the walk to the Hacienda was a highlight with breathtaking views of the mountains and lush greenery. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Another aspect I loved is the cozy fireplace in the lobby, which added to the holiday spirit and made the stay even more memorable.

This hotel offers a peaceful retreat tucked away in the mountains, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests can enjoy hikes and games on the premises, while the pool is perfect for both adults and children. the comfortable rooms are perfect for a relaxing stay with great basic amenities, and the restaurant serves delicious simple food.

The internet and cellular service can be spotty and weak at times.

The walk to the hacienda was absolutely breathtaking, as it allowed us to enjoy the stunning natural surroundings. , the hot mineral water tub was really relaxing, even though it was quite enclosed. the location was really convenient as it was close to key attractions in the city.

To be honest, the food prices were way too expensive for the type of place. the temperature of the jacuzzi was not as hot as we expected it to be.

Beautiful location in Santa Maria del Rio. Tastefully decorated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Great recreational facilities. Scenic views of the surrounding countryside
